I was now also able to update the app to version 6.

Same thing for me. Device is certified, I became a tester and I haven't received the update for the app.

I even tried with an Android 9.0 rom and I still can't see the app in the play store.

I installed the latest version of Lineage OS 15.1 on my phone to see if it would fix the issue and it hasn't. I still can't find enpass in the play store.

Still not available for me either. I am also using a One Plus One.

I am having the same issue. I'm running Lineage OS on Android 7.1.2. If I open the app page in the Play Store it's telling me the item isn't available.
