  1. When installing Enpass on Windows, and setting up the first vault. It only show OneDrive and Google Drive as options to connect to. And it forces you to connect using one of the two, in order to get into the app. So if your existing vault is on Dropbox, you have to first connect to OneDrive or Google Drive, finish the vault setup, then add another vault that connects to your Dropbox, and then disconnect the primary vault that you created during the setup. This is very bad for usability - it should allow you to connect to the other providers as well during setup.
  2. I am also experiencing the same problem with the Enpass extension not logging in a cPanel Webmail account. Is there any progress on fixing this? Thank you.
  3. Hi @Pratyush Sharma, Great, after some quick testing it looks very promising. So far the problem has not occurred after changing the setting. But I will be testing extensively this week. I will get back to you if the problem comes back, otherwise you can assume that the docked mode solves it. It would be interesting to know why the issue comes up if you're not in docked mode, so if your developers do find out, I'd love to know. Thank you!
  4. Hi @Pratyush Sharma, Rebooting is not a viable option, because then I'd have to reboot 20 times a day. After every reboot Enpass works once or twice, and then no longer. Device: Lenovo Ideapad, with Ubuntu 20.04 Enpass: 6.4.1 (643) Extension: 6.4.0 Browser: Firefox 80.0 / Chromium 85.0.4183.83 / Vivaldi 3.2.1967.47 All browsers exhibit the same behaviour. No anti-virus installed. Earlier today I sent a GIF of how the problem looks to @Garima Singh. Let me know if you need more info.
  5. Hi, I am experiencing the exact same problem. I also use Gnome Shell, and the browser doesn't matter - I've tried Chrome, Chromium, Firefox, and Vivaldi. Sometimes however it does work, but this is usually when I have just logged in. Then it will sometimes work a few times, and later it no longer works. It's as if something is blocked at some point, preventing the assistant from coming up. This is supported by the fact that I do see the assistant briefly flashing up and then vanishing again. Please let me know if I can help diagnose the problem. Thanks.
  6. Hi, A few days ago Firefox started "blocking" the Enpass assistant. If I click on the extension icon in order to bring up the assistant, I just see a quick flash of the notification that says that the assistant is ready, but that's just a split-second, and then it vanishes. The assistant never pops up. It's almost as if Firefox is blocking it. Eventually I removed authorization for Firefox from within the Enpass desktop app, to see if that would make a difference. Now, when I try to bring up the assistant, it opens a new tab that shows the authorization code which I would need to enter in the desktop app, but that tab is then also closed a split-second later. I've gone through my Firefox settings (which I haven't changed in ages), but can't see anything that would cause this. I think I'm missing something obvious somewhere. Has anyone had this problem? Thank you.
