  1. I am in the process of adding a keyfile to my vault. In the process I accidentally selected the keyfile on my Linux machine before I had changed it to use a keyfile. I cannot find a way to clear the keyfile entry on the login screen so I am unable to open the vault, or log into the program so I can change the configuration . How can I open the vault?
  2. In my case it looks like the auto update of firefox is to blame. I re-installed firefox (same version) using a fresh download and enpass is now working.
  3. I am seeing a very similar issue on Windows 7 running Enpass 6.6.2 (827) but in my case only with Firefox 90.0.2. Brave browser works OK. I have not used this for a few weeks, so I am not sure when it started, but I did have a Firefox update recently. I am NOT using a VPN. I have tried to attach a screen capture of the error message. I did also send this through to support@enapss.io as requested in the error message. I tired getting the log from enpass. but it shows no log information. I tired deleting the extension and re-installing but the error continues. I noted that it did NOT try to pair with the app like it normally would. Note that I initially tried adding this reply on firefox, but I could not upload images, nor would it let me submit. I had to move to Brave to do this.
  4. Details: Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit Enpass 6.6.1(809) I did recently update, but the issue did not start at the time of the update, but a little later. Yes a 2 monitor setup Restart did not solve the problem I have been experimenting. I still had the 6.6.0 install files on the machine, so removed enpass 6.6.1 and installed 6.6.0. The problem was gone. I then upgraded to 6.6.1 and the problem is still gone. I will report back if it reappears.
  5. I am also seeing this issue. I only just saw it happen in the last few days, before that it was not present. In my case much more is missing than in Rudi's case, I have about 1/2 the character width missing and the bottom is cut on many lines of text, making it hard to use the program.
  6. I have noticed that if the focus is away from the enpass window this effect happens. If the enpass window has the focus it will minimize correctly. A simple workaround for now is to first click on the title bar, then click the minimize. (Enpass 6.5.2 (725))
  7. As I am seeing this problem as well I can add some input. I see it on iOS 13.3.1, OS-X 10.15, Windows 7, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, Android Pie All running the latest Enpass version (I checked for updates when I had the issue) All devices update time automatically The last sync time is not displayed (blank) and there is no warning about unable to sync like I see when using WebDAV I don't have a screen capture at the moment Like Casual User the iCloud login screen from OS-X has no "keep me logged in" check-box, but from Windows and Linux is does have the check-box and I have it ticked, however the connection has to be re-established every few hours on any of the platforms I use.
  8. Thank you for the reply. However the issue I raised was not the loss of sync, but that no warning is given that sync is not working. Using another cloud provider with WebDAV the sync symbol in the top left has a red ring when sync is not working. With iCloud the symbol remains white as if everything is working correctly. Similarly the Sync setup page does not show a problem, it simply does not show a "last synced" time (WebDAV shows a warning message).
  9. @David on /e/ I am also looking at /e/ so I am interested in what you find. The only thought which occurred to me was did you use your google related e-mail to register the program? This could be a gmail address which kind of defeats the purpose of /e/ but would at least confirm if that is the issue.
  10. I have been using iCloud to sync, but I am unhappy that when the Windows or Linux desktop apps are unable to sync due to expiry of iCloud access, they do not give any warning. (The Mac desktop does give a warning). This resulted in a newly created login which I needed to access away from home was not available as the desktop had not synced. When I checked I found at least 1 weeks worth of updates had not synced. So which sync service have people found to be the most reliable so that I don't have this issue again? Thank you!
