  1. Hello, I have the same problem. There are a couple of webpages that don't be autofilled by the newest safari-plugin. It doesn't matter if I open the Engpass dialog by the shortcut or from the symbolbar. The 1st time I try to use autofill it just do nothing and just close the dialog. Sorry, but Enpass is not really useful in this state. Hope to get an update quite fast. Thanks in advance.
  2. For some time, whether under Mac (Firefox) or Linux (Firefox) my enpass does not autofill the first time after the initial unlock (PIN or Master Password Unlock) I have to reopen enpass a second time for it to work. Then everything works very well until the next "lock" Is it a known bug ?
  3. Same behaviour for me on MacOS 11.5.2 with current Enpass and FIREFOX 91.0.2! So not only happening with Safari! First double click: no autofill, second double click: working fine!
  4. Same here, with enpass 6.7.1 (878) and Safari 14.1.2 on MacOS 11.5.2. Very annoying to use enpass autofill two times to fill one field.
  5. Hi @agno Enpass does not allow "#" as an extension shortcut for autofill in keyboard layout as it considered as a secondary key by the key capture library used currently. Please let us know if you are unable to use other key too and which keyboard layout are you using.
  6. thanks for that, I have played around and found out that the problem is slightly different... the shortcut for autofill is to blame, not the Browser there seems to be an issue with the Apple (in my case MacBook Pro, macOS Big Sur Version 11.5.2) keyboard and Enpass, I had to test several different shortcuts to eventually find one that works, it is (for me) a very awkward one and I would prefer using something else, but some keys are just not accepted in some browser, f.e. the key '#', why is that???

  8. 897 items. I let the computer sit for 10 minutes. Logged in with TouchID. Went to Safari and to a webstie. Placed cursor in Login Name field. Clicked Enpass extension and unlocked with TouchID. Waited a couple seconds and it displayed the correct entry. Double clicked the entry but no autofill was made. Extension pop-up closed itself. Clicked extension again, entry was still there. Double clicked and autofill executed correctly. Thank you for looking into this issue.

Since one the last updates of EDGE (Actual Version 92.0.902.78 (64-Bit)) the autofill with browser extension (Version 6.6.2) has an issue: Open website Click on Enpass browser extension icon Entering the PIN for Enpass Double click on the entry for the website The data are NOT filled in After clicking a second time on the Enpass browser icon (now without asking for PIN) Double click on the entry, now works as expected.   10. It still does not always autofill upon double click on the first try. This happens with all websites not any specific ones. I see it on both Safari and Firefox. After I have managed to get a successful autofill, subsequent attempts work immediately. After a period of time, it goes back to not autofilling on the first try. I also have noticed the extension is slow to search the vault and find the login for the website. Again, this is very slow if time has passed where I have not used Enpass. If Enpass has been recently used the extension finds logins quickly and autofills with a double click. It's like some part of the Enpass system is going to sleep and has to be wakened up to be at full function. I booted in Safe Mode and the behavior is the same. I am using Enpass 6.7.1 (878) on a 2017 Macbook Pro running Mac OS 11.5
  11. Sorry but you understood wrong. I am double clicking on the item to autofill it. BUT the first time I double click nothing happens. Then I have to double click the item again to successfully autofill the item. THAT IS NOT Expected to be like this
  12. Hi @agno Welcome to the Enpass community! Since Brave browser is a chromium based browser, autofill should work on it. Please share the list of the websites on which it is not working for you and I'll be happy to get them checked. Regard's
  13. Hi @Welshdog Welcome to the Enpass community! The autofill works when you double click the Icon on the Enpass extension. When on the webpage, to the right side of the address bar, click on the Enpass extension. It will show you all the relevant items for that webpage. Double click on the item you wish to use . If there are any websites on which the autofilling is not working for you, please let me know.

You can autofill on edge browser by going to the webpage and when on the webpage, to the right side of the address bar, click on the Enpass extension. It will show you all the relevant items for that webpage. Double click on the item you wish to use .
  16. Hi @ecca Welcome to the Enpass community! You can autofill multiple login details by first saving the details as Webform. When on the website, fill the fields - Client id, Username and Password. Then click on Enpass extension on your browser -> Hamburger Icon(Menu) -> Save Webform . This will save all 3 details as Webform . Next time during the autofill, please select the item of webform which you saved. Hope this helps !
  17. Hi @Heracles I have an update that we have identified the bug. As a workaround for now, please remove webform data from the login item for the website. 1. Select login item. 2. Click on "Show Webform' button in item details page. 3. After webform details are shown, click on "Delete Webform" button to remove webform data. It should autofill the item correctly now.
  18. One thing I miss from 1password is drag and drop. So, in 1password, I had it running via slide over and could drag and drop user and/or password into browser window or other app for those times when it worked when autofill might not. I found this easier than copy and paste.
  19. Hi @yerled, Thank you for reaching out to us. For quick troubleshooting make sure you have enabled both services Android Autofill Service and Autofill using Accessibility under Settings--> Autofill. Also, share the following details so that we can assist you better. On which Device along with the OS version you are facing this issue? Which Enpass version are you using? There are few apps which restrict Autofill features like Financial/Banking Mobile apps. If possible, share the name of the app or website with this issue.

I use multiple Chrome profiles personal/work/test and see the plugin enabled on all profiles in the extension list under settings though I do not see the enpass icon as I do on my primary (personal) profile. Autofill or AutoCapture, creating new creds don't seem to function, i need to right click to access the enpass menu or just open the app. This seems to be the case across platforms as well. My primary workstation in ubuntu 20.02 though I can replicate on Windows 10 as well. Current version on Chrome is Version 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (64-bit) Thanks, Chris

  22. Hi @icar, In our tests we found Gmail autofill via Enpass is working as expected. We checked both English as well as the French.

  24. Hey @Mahmoud Abolfadl Thanks for sharing the details. We tested the issue on 3 websites that you mentioned- While testing, the autofill issue with Egyptian national railways has been reproduced and aligned for a fix. Could you please confirm if autofilling credit-card is failing only on the website of Egyptian National Railways? Unfortunately, we don't have valid login details to log-in and test the autofill behaviour for credit-card. Are you getting this autofill issue with Ana Vodafone app or website? Thanks for the co-operation.
  25. I have android 10 Enpass version 6. 6. 7. 510 I enabled all autofill options But the problem is on my Windows 10 too
