    Most of password managing programs have feature of domain alias. This mean if you have one account in any domain and this domain has some domain aliases (another domains to login to the same account) so you can add domain alias to domain in question and you can login with the same name\pass to both domains. Is this feature in enpass? Didn't find anything like this.
