Small bug that I noticed. Using Windows Traditional 5.6.0 Firefox 57 latest extension Open Firefox Open Enpass extension: pop-up appears, you can search your passwords or autofill Don't do anything with Enpass and close the pop-up by clicking outside the enpass window Open Enpass extension again: the pop-up appears and will immediately disappear After this encounter, you won't get this bug again untill you close Firefox and repeat above steps again. It also seems to happen if you have used enpass for some sites, but then decide to do the trick mentioned above, for example: Open Firefox Open Enpass extension: pop-up appears Use Enpass extension to log you in to a site (you can do this for multiple sites) Use Enpass extension to open the pop-up, don't do anything, immediately close it Use Enpass extension to open the pop-up again: pop-up appears and disappears again Make sure if you test this out, that all Firefox instances are closed when you try to reproduce this bug. I'm not able to reproduce it twice during the same Firefox session. I have no idea if other browser extensions have this bug as well... -
I installed Enpass on SolusOS 3 Linux via 3rd party software center. It works properly. However the Firefox (56.0.2, 64-Bit) Enpass extension (5.5.0.2, 4 Nov 2017) doesn't. When I'm on any login page and click the Enpass extension, it shows me the Enpass Connection Error page instead of filling the fields with the login data: Of course the settings are correct and Enpass is running: This is the output of my lsof -i:10391 Any idea what's wrong? This is related to another issue reported here already, where dock hides Enpass from time to time. While in the other issue, the problem was more limited, this case causes more severe usability issues. As seen in the attached screenshot, if the OSX dock is in the right hand side of the screen the Enpass popup from the chrome extension gets obscured by the OSX dock. This means that copy is not available from the popup. This is even more severe when TOTP is used and autofill can't handle the TOTP field. Related issue: I should also mention that other password managers like 1password doesn't suffer from this issue.

There seems to be a bug with sync to Google drive that affects both my Mac and my Linux machines. If Enpass is left running through a sleep cycle, sync doesn't function after a wake-up. Enpass must be quit and restarted for sync to function again. -
First off: I really like and appreciate Enpass for mac os x (using 10.11.6). However, I do find that it doesn't back up on a regular basis, very inconsistent. I usually have to remember to manually back it up. It will often go a week or more without backing up. but some times it'll back up every other day (rarely). Just FYI. Thanks again. Also sometimes it causes safari to use 100% of cpu, then i have to turn it off (browser extension). Seems only to be on certain sites btw. -
Hello, i have the paid Android app and it doesn't autofill username fields. Ever. It's very frustrating. I have a Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 with Android 6.0.1. If i remember correctly it worked on Lollipop. -
The field where the item search term is written is black/dark text on dark/black blackground. I can't see what i have written. How can I change this ti something more readable? -
Auto filling into https://members.wework.com/login does work with any platform (Windows, Linux, Android). Pressing the hotkey results in no action. Please fix. -
Hi there, I just downloaded the portable windows version, but I assume, the findings can be found in other version as well. 1. in the passwordgenerator you can select the seperator when using speakable passwords. In german language, the dot (.) is translated with "Zeitraum". Even if the english word "period" means both when translated in german, it means "period of time". So you go better with "Punkt", which is the punctuation. 2. In the "New entry" dialog, you can select TOTP as new field. If doing so by error and deleting that field later on, you can never reenable the field. It is no longer available in the dropdown or in the curstom field selection. 3. Another translation error can be found in the "New Entry" dialog. You can "Save" (-> "Speichern") or "Cancel" (->"Abbrechen"). Both buttons remain in english where as the rest is translated. 4. By default, besides folders, which contains subfolders, there is a little triangle to expand the list. When I click to create a new entry, that symbol change to a + or - (depending on whether it is collapsed or expanded), which is much more uglier (See attached picture). This remains until Enpass is restarted. Lock/Unlock does not work. 5. In the section "Control password", the subitem "Duplicate" would better be "Duplikate" in the german translation, which is the noun of the current "duplizieren" (duplicate in english). If I will find anything more, I will add it to this post

Hi, I've been using Enpass for several weeks now, and I really love it. Today I've finally decided to move from Padlock.io to Enpass. I've imported all my data from csv file. I loved the csv import, really useful. Furthermore, I'm having some issues. If I open an item and I delete a field and save, the app crashses. I'm also having another problem. In some items, if I try to edit a field, the field that is edited is another one. For example, suppose I have field_1 and field_2. Then I select to edit field_1, but the editing popup says that I'm editing field_2 and if I change the field type to password, its only changed in field_2. If I select to edit field_2, the popup says correctly that I'm editing field_2. I'm really disappointed to this because I was convinced to move to Enpass and I wanted to buy the mobile version rather than SafeInCloud that looks promising too. Hope you can help me and I can keep using Enpass rather than other services. Eduard -
Hi, I've noticed that Enpass does not save certain preferences. Every time I open Enpass I have to: 1) re-enable the browser extension support in preferences and 2) dismiss the sync reminder (the message suggesting I add an external sync option which I do not intend to do). I am using Enpass 5.3.0.1 on Windows 8.1 with the vault located on an external drive. -
So I made an account quickly to ask if the same thing also the issue with Enpass. Via Dutch website www.tweakers.net and on www.nu.nl newsarticles today have been published about Lastpass big privacy leaks. Apparently there were two and luckily Lastpass has fixed them both within a day, but is it the same with Enpass? Does the team even know about it and are they working on it to find out if the same is the case?
