  1. I am testing a trial of Enpass Business for my company of about 50 users. Our vaults are integrated into Sharepoint OnlineTeams and divided by Team Sites according to our organizational chart. All configured in a simple way but I have some doubts about the cloud sync interval between desktop clients: according to the extract of this article synchronization should work with these triggers. Every time the app is unlocked Every 15 seconds when the app is active in the foreground on your device Within 5 seconds every time you save a change The synchronization takes place only in the first case (not every 15 seconds) but if we have two clients open and we make a change, even after several minutes it does not synchronize unless we do it manually or after locking and unlocking the app. Instead, the mobile app (iPhone) syncs instantly immediately after a change made from a desktop but not vice versa. Any suggestions? Thank you!
  2. Adding a second existing vault to Enpass from the cloud is a pain, especially on mobile devices. One has to insert the cloud credentials, the cloud url, and the vault password. However, I normally have all this info in one item of my primary enpass vault. I envision a feature where I can select an item within enpass and setup a second vault from this item. Process: Settings > Vault > New > From existing item > Match elements of items, select cloud provider > Finished This would also simplify the process of sharing a vault with someone else: Create a pre-shared key and send via secure channel Send encrypted enpass item containing cloud credentials and vault password Import enpass item and decrypt with pre-shared key (only insert one password) Select item and setup vault from cloud sync I am looking forward to your reply. Regards, Rafa
  3. Hi, I share my enpass vault with a family member. Up till now we used Enpass on Windows. Enpass is backed up to my Google Drive account. I developed a solution that allows us to share the updated Enpass vault. We purchased Enpass for Android Pro (two accounts). I had not problem linking my Enpass to my Google Drive vault but seem unable to figure out a solution to do it for the other account without having to install my google account on my family member's device. Performing this function potentially enables all google services (calendar, gmail, contacts, etc) and I would like to avoid this. Has anyone figured out a workable solution. I would like to have the following: Two way updates of the Enpass vault from Windows / Android Ability to share the vault with family members (who use Windows and Android devices) allowing them to also have two way updates with me. Retain the backup feature of Enpass that works well (wish I could specify how many backups to keep but that is low priority) I have no issue moving to another cloud storage provider. Thanks and happy holidays.
