  1. I am testing a trial of Enpass Business for my company of about 50 users. Our vaults are integrated into Sharepoint OnlineTeams and divided by Team Sites according to our organizational chart. All configured in a simple way but I have some doubts about the cloud sync interval between desktop clients: according to the extract of this article synchronization should work with these triggers. Every time the app is unlocked Every 15 seconds when the app is active in the foreground on your device Within 5 seconds every time you save a change The synchronization takes place only in the first case (not every 15 seconds) but if we have two clients open and we make a change, even after several minutes it does not synchronize unless we do it manually or after locking and unlocking the app. Instead, the mobile app (iPhone) syncs instantly immediately after a change made from a desktop but not vice versa. Any suggestions? Thank you!

    Slow Search

Hello, When using enpass, the windows desktop app search is very slow (1~4 seconds) I've been a developer for 16 years, so I've come across situations like this before. To the developers of enpass, have you tried using indexes? For an example of a client facing, near-instant search: "SearchEverything" (https://www.voidtools.com/) performs near-instant searches across all file names on your filesystem (3.1 million+ objects on my system). For an example of an off the shelf opensource search solution: "ElasticSearch" (https://www.elastic.co/) is a software package that can be used by companies to perform lightning fast index based searches for their customers There is no need for it to take several seconds to do this search! You can index on non-sensitive information, and then decrypt the password when the user requests it (copy/view password) It might be worth have a look into. If you're already doing this, why is it so slow compared to other index based searching? Do you need to re-model your index structure? Thank you for reading! I see this is a common pain point of enpass usage. If you could fix this, enpass becomes a very easy recommendation! 3. Hi, I wanted to suggest bringing all Enpass options to the helper window in form of an icon bar. Currently, there are only two icons (new password and lock enpass), while there are three other menu options hidden behind a down arrow (Show Enpass, Quit Enpass, Clear Recent). I suggest making an icon for every of those action and removing the downward arrow altogehter. Another good thing would be an edit button for each entry so that one could directly jump to the full Enpass edit window (useful for adding additional data such as user account number, urls, etc). For the browser extension, I'd love to have multiple urls attached to one entry (also subdomains).
