Hi, since the update of the Enpass Chrome extension to 6.8.2 on Windows 10 Pro, it is interfering with fields like text fields and dropdowns on other websites. Depending on the field, I can't go to another field or can't open a dropdown to show the content and make a selection, the cursor also tends to jump to a totally different field way further down on the page when using TAB, etc. All of this works normally when the Enpass extension is disabled. I have other extensions active but those have no effect on the behaviour, the problems also clearly started right after the update to 6.8.2. This has happened before on an earlier update and went away with the update that followed (I can't recall which update it was). The website where I have the problem is typically SAP CPQ (cloud application from SAP). I now have to disable the extension when using SAP CPQ and reactivate it again when I perform a login. Are any known fixes available? Anyone else experiencing the same problem? Thanks.

Hello, When using enpass, the windows desktop app search is very slow (1~4 seconds) I've been a developer for 16 years, so I've come across situations like this before. To the developers of enpass, have you tried using indexes? For an example of a client facing, near-instant search: "SearchEverything" (https://www.voidtools.com/) performs near-instant searches across all file names on your filesystem (3.1 million+ objects on my system). For an example of an off the shelf opensource search solution: "ElasticSearch" (https://www.elastic.co/) is a software package that can be used by companies to perform lightning fast index based searches for their customers There is no need for it to take several seconds to do this search! You can index on non-sensitive information, and then decrypt the password when the user requests it (copy/view password) It might be worth have a look into. If you're already doing this, why is it so slow compared to other index based searching? Do you need to re-model your index structure? Thank you for reading! Hello World, I'm using Enpass 6.6.0 (770) on my Windows 10 device. There is a sync from Windows to my Dropbox account which works fine so far. On my iPhone 7 (iOS 14.4) I'm using the Enpass App 6.6.2 (530). In the iOS app I get the error message that I have to input the correct Dropbox password. I have tried to disconned both devices from the Dropbox-Sync, delete/renamed the old vault file on my Dropbox folder and reconnected both devices to the sync process. Still only the Windows version is able to sync. Do you have any idea how I can solve this? Thanks, sega

Hello community, after upgrading my monitor to an super ultra wide on (5120x1440p) Enpass keeps crashing and freezing on startup. If I turn down the resolution to 1080p, then there is no problem and everything works fine. Also running it from the terminal only prints out this Error: "QQmlComponent: Created graphical object was not placed in the graphics scene." Any help is appreciated. Have latest version of Enpass but when I go to Safari the extension does not show and does not provide for me to install the extension. How can I reinstall Enpass since instructions say the extension gets installed automatically?

I know what the master password is but it will not allow access. Am running Xubuntu 16.04 with US keyboard. Enpass version is whatever was available on 2017-10-28 for Ubuntu. Looks like Enpass_Installer_5.6.0 (46.9MB). Master password contains special characters: "badk1++13s" (remove the quotes, yes that is the password). I typed the password into a text editor and pasted it so I know it was typed correctly. What gives? Is there a way to check if the key-chain was corrupted?

Hi, after updating my OS to Sierra, every time I open enpass and enter my master password, the app runs a bit and then collapse. It shut down. I can't use it. I really need to have access to my password.
