Monyker Posted September 19, 2019 Report Posted September 19, 2019 (edited) Since the 6.1.1 (451) update, I see intermittent application crashes when using a password copy button. Enpass won't crash if I edit an entry, show the password, select the password and use CTRL+C to copy. It only happens sometimes when I use a copy button. Edited October 25, 2019 by Monyker
Anshu kumar Posted September 19, 2019 Report Posted September 19, 2019 Hey @Monyker, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Please let me know on which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Also, please share the crash report mentioning your name in the comment box so that we can check where the problem could be. Thanks for your co-operation.
Monyker Posted September 22, 2019 Author Report Posted September 22, 2019 Windows 10 Professional 1903 (Build 18362.356). I sent another report several minutes ago. I answered the question (what were you doing when Enpass crashed?) as requested by the crash report window, but forgot to include my name.
Anshu kumar Posted September 23, 2019 Report Posted September 23, 2019 Hey @Monyker, Thanks for sharing the crash report. I'll connect with the dev team and share the feedback by tomorrow. Thanks!

Anshu kumar Posted September 30, 2019 Report Posted September 30, 2019 Hey @Monyker, Hope you are doing well. Can you please confirm are you facing this problem after recent update of Enpass V6.2 too? Thanks for your co-operation.
Monyker Posted October 25, 2019 Author Report Posted October 25, 2019 Sorry for the slow response. Yesterday, I retested on the PC I submitted a report from on September 22. I was unable to reproduce the problem. It's apparently been resolved. Thank you!
