Featured Replies

Hello,

I have some troubles moving items to folder as the drag operation always fail: the cursors shows that the operation is not possible and the folder is still empty once drag is done, is that a know issue ?

I'm using v5.0.4 on Fedora 23 Cinnamon

Hi lburgazzoli,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We would really appreciate if you can post a small video (link to that) with answer to following queries.

  • Are you using Fedora in any Virtual machine?
  • Can you change the category or add any item to favorites by drag and drop?
  • Is the problem occurring with any specific folder?

Thanks

I'd try to record something but I didn't like to share what I have in Enpass ;)

1) No, I'm running on Fedora 23 with Cinnamon as desktop on my laptop

2) No I can't, any action involving the left side bar is basically prohibited

3) No, see point 2

Oh, we don't want you to expose your Enpass data in video. We want to see if we can find some hints with video just in case you know how to backup your current data and create fresh sample data. The problem is we are not able to reproduce problem with same setup in our lab.

Anyway a new update is going to be released soon, lets see if it can solve your problem.
