Lugotal Posted December 3, 2019 Report Posted December 3, 2019 Hey there! when opening my vault, Enpass freezes for about 30 seconds or so while it is opening the vault. My vault contains about 1200 items - is this performance expected or is this an issue with Enpass? Would be great if the performance could be improved in some way.
electrolund Posted April 17, 2020 Report Posted April 17, 2020 I'm seeing this behavior on Windows too. I have version 6.4.1 (642). I have Enpass installed on two Windows machines, same version for each. I do not see this behavior on the other machine.
Garima Singh Posted April 20, 2020 Report Posted April 20, 2020 Hey All, Thanks for posting this. We will soon be releasing an updated version of Enpass. Please stay tuned and revert us back if you face the same issue on the same version. Thanks. 1
Markbe Posted April 22, 2020 Report Posted April 22, 2020 I am seeing this same behavior. Syncing 6.4.1 to existing webdav (Nextcloud). Behavior was not there in previous release. Mark

Pratyush Sharma Posted April 28, 2020 Report Posted April 28, 2020 Hi @Markbe, Thanks for sharing the details. We need a little more input from your side can you please try to disconnect the sync and check if the issue persists. Also, let us know which Enpass version you are using so we can further investigate.
Markbe Posted April 28, 2020 Report Posted April 28, 2020 Hi Pratyush, I disconnected the sync and re-connected it and it 'appears' to have fixed the issue. I'll run with this for a while and update this thread if this change. Thanks!
Pratyush Sharma Posted April 29, 2020 Report Posted April 29, 2020 Hi @Markbe, Thanks for sharing the feedback. If the issue persists, revert to us so we can further investigate.
Markbe Posted April 30, 2020 Report Posted April 30, 2020 The problem came back. It was working well for a small amount of time, but now it's got the long lag right after opening. (Basically when it does a sync).
Pratyush Sharma Posted May 1, 2020 Report Posted May 1, 2020 Hi @Markbe, Thanks for writing back in. Please let us know are you facing this issue only when the Enpass app is connecting to the sync.
Markbe Posted May 4, 2020 Report Posted May 4, 2020 Yes. It's typically when the app first starts up as it's checking for a change. Whenever I add/change an entry it causes the sync to fire again which freezes the app. If I can avoid a sync check, it appears to work fine.
Garima Singh Posted May 4, 2020 Report Posted May 4, 2020 Hey @Markbe Thanks for notifying. I have shared the inputs to the QA team to look into the issue. Thanks for the co-operation.
Garima Singh Posted June 2, 2020 Report Posted June 2, 2020 Hey @Markbe Thanks for the patience. We would like to share that the issue has been reproduced by the QA team. Now our Dev team is looking into this issue to resolve and hopefully, a fix will be available in the future update. Thanks for your co-operation.
