At first I had answered the question about granting authorization in iCloud with "no".

Can I repeat this authorization? The query does not appear when it reconnects now.

Welcome to the forum.

Could you please let me know if you're using a store downloaded or website downloaded installation of Enpass? Also, share the Enpass version. Meanwhile, we're checking this at our end.

Hey @Steph@n,

Thanks for sharing the version number. Have you enabled Look Me Up in iCloud drive settings on your device? Additionally, try enabling iCloud drive on your device, if not already done and check if you're able to sync with iCloud in the Enpass app.
