Facebook login info issue

Hello

Helping my wife with enpass,

We've set up 5 logins on her phone on the free version and have just added facebook. (this is the 6th login)

For some reason we can see the facebook login info on her desktop (macosx) but not on the iphone. The other 5 logins are visible on both devices.

We've tried quitting the app and restarting the phone.

Ideas?

Welcome to the forum!

For the Facebook login, check if there are any items in the Trash or Archive. If there are items in Trash, remove them to add new items. Also, did you enable cloud  sync on the iPhone earlier?
