[SOLVED] Google Drive sync error message 407978

Hi,

I'm using the PC Desktop Version  6.3.3 (596) on a Windows PC with Windows 10 Pro Version 1909.

Since one week I cannot sync anymore with Google Drive. I Always get an error 407978.

I already

- reconnected to google drive

- deleted the .sync folder

- reinstalled the app

nothing worked!

Would be great to receive some help.

Hi @Harald.S

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please follow these steps and let me know if the problem persists.

  • Turn off the sync from all devices.
  • Open Google Drive in any browser -->Go to Settings → Manage Apps → Enpass. From the Options menu, choose to Delete hidden app data.
  • Now open Enpass and turn on the sync.
