If the problem persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Total no of items and attachments. Verify If there is space available on the One-Drive account? Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices? Does the last synced time get updated on the sync page? Thanks!
March 24, 20205 yr Author What I have done so far. Removed sync and enabled. Deleted sync files on One Driver, and synced again. Same issue across all devices. Works on cloud sync. This just started within the last month or so. On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Using on Mac Pro 10.15.3, Mac Pro Notebook10.15.3, ipad pro and iphone 11 13.3.1, Windows 10. All have the same issue. Which Enpass version are you using on each device? iPad and iphone 6.4.1 (445), On Mac 6.4.0 (632) Total no of items and attachments. 838 items. 9 Attachments. Verify If there is space available on the One-Drive account? Yes, Tons of space. Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices? Yes Does the last synced time get updated on the sync page? Not now, because it errors before ever completing a sync.
March 24, 20205 yr Author Issue resolved. Reset all data on all devices. Then did a restore on one and synced to One Drive. Then on other devices did a restore from One Drive. Working now. Not sure what the issue was, but working now.
