MarkM Posted April 3, 2020 Report Posted April 3, 2020 I bought Roboform back in version 6 and have been a long time user, however with recent changes to their model, I am seeing a better non-cloud solution. I downloaded your Desktop application and was about to purchase it when I decided to try to import my Data first. I exported the Data to an HTML file and selected Roboform for the the input type. - FAIL - No data found. I exported the Data to a CSV file and tried to import the CSV file - FAIL - No data found. Then re-read the instruction in your manual. I exported (saved) to a htm file and I still received a No data found error. Is your application still compatible with Roboform? Thank you.
Kashish Posted April 9, 2020 Report Posted April 9, 2020 @MarkM I regret the trouble while importing data. Which version of Enpass you have on your system? Also, share the OS and the device where you're facing the issue.
