Please try to Open Enpass when your internet is disabled and share your findings. If the problem persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Are you using Enpass on any other device? Which cloud are you using for sync? Are you getting any error message or code? Also let us know have you submitted a crash report? If yes, please share the string provided in the crash report while submitting so that we can track it with the crash report. Thanks for your co-operation.
