Yes. Please install the Enpass app using this link and can restore the data from the one-drive cloud.

If the problem persists, please share some more info so that we can help you better-

  • On which device and OS version are you having this issue?
  • Are you able to access Enpass on any of the devices?
  • A screenshot, if possible would be great.
