OneDrive Sync Not Working

Hello,

I am trying to sync to my OneDrive account which has been working well previously. It's all of a sudden stopped working and I am now receiving the following error:

Something went wrong while syncing with cloud. Error code: 1208400

Here is what I have done to try and fix it:

  1. Ensured my iOS app is on the latest version of the app. Enpass version 6.4.5.
  2. Disconnected the OneDrive cloud and reconnected again.
  3. Restarted my iPhone.

I am running on iOS 13.5.1.

Can someone please help?

Thanks

Scott

Hey @ScottieT125

Welcome to the forum!

For quick troubleshooting, please follow the help article here.

If that doesn’t help, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be.

  • On which all devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass?
  • Which Enpass version are you using on each device?
  • Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices?
  • Does the last synced time get updated on the sync page?

Thanks!

Hi Garima,

Thanks for this, I had already done these things. Please refer to my original message re answers to your questions.

Re the date and time setting, yes this is set to automatic on all devices.

Sync is working fine on my Mac and my iPad. It just doesn't sync on my iPhone. Refer above for the error message.

Thanks

Scott

Hi @ScottieT125

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please follow the below steps to restore the sync:

  • Take a manual backup of the data on all the devices.
  • Disconnect the sync on all devices.
  • Open One-drive account on any browser and Remove the Enpass folders from One-drive account.
  • Login to the site https://account.live.com/consent/Manage with the same Microsoft account and delete all the permissions for Enpass.
  • Re-set up the sync with One-drive on all the devices and check.

If the issue persists, please let us know.

Thank you. I  deleted enpass from one drive, reinstalled  enpass on my Iphone and fix the problem.
