How to reproduce the bug:

When the cloud connection needs to be reconnected I am not forwarded to the cloud provider. My default application for the web browser is Firefox

When I set the default Windows application for the web browser on Edge or Internet Explorer, I am redirected and I can set up the connection to the cloud.

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

Sometimes rebooting the device might help with this issue, we suggest you to please try rebooting your device if you haven't tried it yet. If the problem persists please uninstall the Firefox browser and install it again.

Please revert to us with the answer to the following queries and we will get it sorted out for you:

  • Which Firefox version are you using?
