o0JBS0o Posted July 8, 2020 Report Share Posted July 8, 2020 (edited) Enpass version: 6.4.3 (666) Windows 10 10.0.18363 / 1909 How to reproduce the bug: When the cloud connection needs to be reconnected I am not forwarded to the cloud provider. My default application for the web browser is Firefox When I set the default Windows application for the web browser on Edge or Internet Explorer, I am redirected and I can set up the connection to the cloud. Sometimes rebooting the device might help with this issue, we suggest you to please try rebooting your device if you haven't tried it yet. If the problem persists please uninstall the Firefox browser and install it again.
