KHH Posted September 22, 2020 Report Posted September 22, 2020 Hello, today i purchased an "Enpass Password Manager: One-Time Premium Lifetime Licence". But obviously got only a "Lite" Version which can only sync 25 items on mobiles. Please deliver what i bought and payed for.

To restore the purchase of Enpass, please refer to this FAQ. If the problem persists, please follow the below steps- Open Enpass --> Click on ‘Settings’ --> Click on ‘Account/Trial user, not registered (1st option of the settings)' ---> Click on the email account and use the same email account to register with Enpass from which you purchased Enpass app earlier and follow the instructions. If that doesn't help, please share the Enpass Purchase Receipt at support@enpass.io so that we can help you better. Thanks!
