Problems with internet connection to sync with GDrive

Hi.
I have installed Enpass on my tablet and phone, both Android 10. And cannot sync with the primary vault on google drive "Please check your internet connection or try again later".
I have no problems to sync with gdrive from my laptop.

Hi @Vik,

Welcome to the forums!

Make sure Enpass has access to network from your device. It could be that some app might be restricting internet connectivity for Enpass. Please check:

• if you are using any VPN/proxy or third-party firewall software?
• are you able to access/login to Google Drive account from a browser on the same device?

Hi.
No VPN or third party firewall on my tablet or phone
I can access to drive from chrome on both devices without problem

Hi @Vik,

Thanks for writing back in.

For quick troubleshooting, disconnect the sync from all the devices and reconnect it again. If the problem persists, please share the Enpass version so that we can check.

@Vik, try reconnecting the Google Drive sync and make sure Enpass is up to date.
