Pratyush Sharma Posted October 12, 2020 Report Posted October 12, 2020 Hi @axelf, Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. Currently, there is no option to change to a specific login category(like Amazon or Twitter) for an existing item. However, we have noted down your valuable suggestion for consideration in the future.
Garima Singh Posted October 23, 2020 Report Posted October 23, 2020 Hey @axelf Thanks for the patience. Please try this link to import the data and share the below detail if the problem issue persists- What kind of functionality you are lacking in imported data? Also, share the demo csv format through which you imported?
axelf Posted October 26, 2020 Author Report Posted October 26, 2020 Hi @Garima Singh i did it like in the video but after importing all entries are standard logins. E.g. my twitter account is a standard login. If i had manually added this entry i had selected the twitter template and not the standard. B importing it via a csv file i can only have standard logins

Garima Singh Posted November 2, 2020 Report Posted November 2, 2020 Hey @axelf While the team is looking into it. Meanwhile, we recommend you to follow these steps and let me know if this is useful. Step 1: Download the previous version of Enpass5 from this link. Import the data into Enpass 5. Step 2: (After successfully completing the above steps please perform below steps). Take the backup of Enpass 5 data and save it manually on the device. Open Enpass 6 --> Take the backup of Enpass data and save it manually on the device. Open Enpass 6 -->Settings --> Advanced --> Apply Erase Everything function. Now open Enpass 6 and restore Enpass 5 backup file. Hope this helps!
