Changing item icon back to category default icon?

When a new item is created, it gains a default icon for the category that is picked when you create it. You can change that default icon to one from a set provided by enpass but, unless I'm missing something, it isn't possible to change the item's icon back to the category's default icon.

Am I missing something or is it not possible?

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
