The "Menu" is not displayed on my desktop app (and so i can't import my excel database)

Welcome to the forum!

Import has nothing to do with lite or premium version. Please make sure you have only opened the home/front page of the Enpass app and then click on the file option from Enpass Menu to import. If the problem persists, please revert back to us along with the screenshot of the page.
