Deleting old computer

Last week I had enpass running on 2 computers, (one Ipad and one laptop). Yesterday my laptop crashed spectacularly after Windows update, it was still under guarantee, so they straight away replaced it. However, my Enpass is still on there (along with everything else).

I am currently changing all my passwords, but wondered if it is possible to stop access to Enpass from the old laptop when they eventually repair it. I have revoked access from the cloud, is that enough?

Hoping someone can advise.

Hey @mirandapuddleduck

Thanks for writing in and sharing your concerns.

You don't need to worry about even if your device with Enpass data is stolen as it is protected by your master password. So until your master password isn't compromised itself, you're safe as in the FAQ below:

If someone steals my device, how secure is my data?

Also there is no way to wipe out the Enpass data remotely as it is a offline password manager and is unaccessible for us. Even every single user is anonymous to us, as it doesn't require any sign-up to get started with.

Cheers!
