brosenz Posted January 22, 2018 Report Posted January 22, 2018 (edited) I am getting this Unexpected Error Crash almost 2-3 times a day since the latest version upgrade about 1-2 weeks ago, I am using the version from the Microsoft Store together with the Edge extension, to me the latest version is extremely buggy, if I add the connection error to it. VAsRHDHachiRoku Posted May 28, 2018 Report Posted May 28, 2018 Same for me. This use to only by on my Surface Pro 3 1803 build it would crash after a few minutes of fresh boot. I've noticed if I leave the window open it doesn't crash as often. This issue started to appear on my desktop now too which is also 1803. Is there a plan to release a fix soon or is 6.0 version coming in the next few weeks and it has been fixed there?

Which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? Which cloud services are you using to sync? Are you facing this problem while editing the credentials of any item? For Testing Purpose: Please turn off the internet connection and open Enpass and delete one dummy item and let me know if you're facing the same problem. Thanks for your co-operation.

Windows 10 Pro ,Version 1803, Build 17134.165 Which Enpass version are you using? 5.6.19 (5548) Which cloud services are you using to sync? None Are you facing this problem while editing the credentials of any item? No, so far only delete.
