February 10, 20214 yr Hi, after wakeup from standby, randomly enpass forgets my entries. Therefore autofill does not work. The only workaround is to end and restart enpass. This does not happen every time, but can be reproduced after time e.g. half a day. Versions: Enpass 6.6 Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.1 MacBook Pro 2019 15" Any hint? cu
February 11, 20214 yr Hey @Ulmisch 16 hours ago, Ulmisch said: after wakeup from standby, randomly enpass forgets my entries. Unfortunately, from your comment, we could not quite understand what error you are facing when you unlock your system from standby mode. Could you elaborate a bit more? Also, let us know the below details - What is the exact Enpass version you have on the macOS? Did you installed the Enpass from App Store or our website? On which browser version you are getting this issue? Are you having the same issue with any browser as well? A screenshot of the error if possible, would be great.
February 11, 20214 yr Author Hello Garima, ok, i will try to make it clearer. 1. Using my Macbook for something... 2. Close lid -> Macbook goes to sleep (standby)... 3. opening lid -> Macbook starts... 4. surfing and trying to unlock a website with Enpass -> assistant windows does not shows any entry (see screenshot)... At this point I will have to close enpass completely and restart ist to get access to the vault entries again. Your Questions: What is the exact Enpass version you have on the macOS? Did you installed the Enpass from App Store or our website? Enpass 6.6 form website On which browser version you are getting this issue? Safari 14.0.3 Are you having the same issue with any browser as well? not tested, I don't use other browsers A screenshot of the error if possible, would be great. attached...
February 12, 20214 yr I have the same problem. I tried it with other browsers as well. In addition my Enpass only gets back to normal when I do a restart to my Mac, otherwise it is empty. It seems that the container is not loaded correctly. The statistics (strong passwords, weak passwords, 2FA and other numbers are shown but as soon as I try to access any of these the numbers turn to 0 and everything is blank.
February 13, 20214 yr Same here too on a M1 Macbook Air. After closing and re-opening the lid, the vaults are empty. Restarting the app helped me...

February 19, 20214 yr I'm having the exact same Problem on my MacBook with M1. Before the last update, everything was still fine. Looking forward to the update to fix this issue. Restarting the Apps fixes the Problem for me, but it is still very annoying.
February 21, 20214 yr i made a separate post for this issue, I also have this issue. thanks for looking into it.
February 22, 20214 yr After a standby enpass (client and browser) is empty. A restart of enpass solves it, passwords are available again. - Big Sur latest - Enpass latest Any idea?

February 25, 20214 yr +1 to this report. In my case I have to resync the vaults to get the entries to reappear.
March 2, 20214 yr I am experiencing the same issue described in this older post. What happens is: Enpass goes idle. I unlock it in the Chrome browser extension. It waits for a little while, and tells me that Enpass is empty. If I check the Enpass desktop app for MacOS, it also says it's empty. I can fix this temporarily but closing Enpass, and reopening it. However, this is annoying. I've had to do this twice this morning already, and many times over the past week. I'm running Enpass 6.6.0 (772), on an M1 MacBook Air, running MacOS 11.2.1 (20D74).
March 3, 20214 yr Thanks. I should've searched harder for existing threads. Fingers crossed for a fix.
