generate, fill not saved

I may be doing something wrong but I noticed after several attempts generating a new password and using fill on android does not save for the site or app. if you don't copy before fill you will loose the any generated credentials and need to reset password on the service or app. Am I doing something wrong? What am I missing?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

For quick troubleshooting make sure you have enabled both services Android Autofill Service and Autofill using Accessibility under Settings--> Autofill.

Also, share the following details so that we can assist you better.

  • On which Device along with the OS version you are facing this issue?
  • Which Enpass version are you using?
  • There are few apps which restrict Autofill features like Financial/Banking Mobile apps. If possible, share the name of the app or website with this issue.
