Me11
I would like to move the primary vault that is now located in iCloud. I will either just use my desktop or use Dropbox. Whichever way I proceed, I would like to remove it from iCloud.
Discordant
On your desktop, open Enpass, go to the preferences and go to the Vaults section. Select the vault, disconnect it from iCloud then set up synching with your service of choice.
Me11
Thanks for the follow-up. A slightly different question is whether the Enpass folder is removed from iCloud. I never have seen the folder when using it, so it is unclear where it is/was located. In contrast, now having moved to Dropbox, it is located in the Apps folder. Thanks for any other guidance along these lines. Edited November 4, 2021 by Me11 correction
Discordant
From the Finder, open the iCloud folder, then look for Documents and if Enpass has anything stored, it will be in an Enpass folder inside Documents.
Me11
Thanks again. I do not see it there. But even when I was using iCloud for Enpass, I never saw a folder in the Documents folder (or elsewhere). Oh well, as long as there is no residual content, then I am satisfied. Discordant
You probably wouldn’t see it now. I believe Enpass removes it when you sync with another service.
