cyrnian Posted February 6, 2022 Report Posted February 6, 2022 (edited) Hello, I often have to make Enpass reconnect to iCloud for synchronization. The cloud icon turns red and I must go to click on it, going to Wallet parameters, and start synchronization process with iCloud re-authentication. Using Enpass 6.7.4 (938) on Apple Mac M1. Thanks. Abhishek Dewan Posted February 7, 2022 Report Posted February 7, 2022 Hi @cyrnian Welcome to the Enpass Community! For security reasons, the iCloud periodically expires if "Keep me signed in" option is not ticked. You can enable the option by following the steps here. Let me know if it works for you. 1
cyrnian Posted February 7, 2022 Author Report Posted February 7, 2022 Thank you Abhishek. It did not work straight away as once I disconnect and reconnect it did not prompt me for iCloud login, so I'll try next time the connection expires.
Discordant Posted February 13, 2022 Report Posted February 13, 2022 It’s also worth pointing out that if you use Safari, a drop down will appear on the iCloud login page. It will offer to log you in as the current macOS icloud user. You need to cancel that and log in manually and check the always remember box for it to work. 2
