SophiaB
I'm using the Windows Store version 6.8.0 (1048). When trying to export Enpass as a json file, it crashes as soon as it creates an (empty) file. I tried a few times, rebooted the computer, but it's persistent...
Abhishek Dewan
Hi @SophiaB For troubleshooting purposes, please create a manual backup/set up cloud synchronization on your device, then reinstall the app. Let me know if the issue persists.
SophiaB
I did that, and the issue is still there. It creates a 0 bytes json file, and then silently the app just crashes. Edit: sorry forgot to mention it's running on Windows 11 Home version 10.0.22000 build 22000. Edited May 14 by SophiaB

SophiaB
Thanks for looking into this, Abhishek, I appreciate it So to answer your questions: Just one vault. My vault has 21 files with attachments, and I counted about 64 individual attachments. In total, I have 416 items in that vault. I'm using Google to sync.
