enpass ucrtbase.dll 0xc0000409 1000 windows 11

I get an error after starting the first time.

How can we resolve that.

1. Problem was just on installation. After choosing Google for my Save it did not accept my master password. After restarting all new, it has accepted.

2. When first data is displayed (my passwords-entries from the file) there conmes up registration screen, but then after other few seconds the app disappears.

I had installed the Store version. But also stand allone did not work.

I NEED HELP and have hust written 2 days ago.

Hey,

I have the same error but I am on windows 10. I can open the app and unock it but when I wait a few seconds and try to register or do anything else the app just vanishes and it is gone. My system is German so I hope you can still gather the corresponding information from the excerpt.

Updating the system and the drivers did nothing for this issue - also repairing the c++ didn't change a thing (sadly).

I tried installing the beta but this does not seem to change anything. I will now switch to the portable version as this won't work for me at all at the moment. Other devices work fine but my windows 10 notebook is not able to launch enpass.

Hi @Andy Lopez

Welcome to the Enpass Forums.

For troubleshooting purposes, please create a manual backup/set up synchronization on your device and then reinstall the app. If the issue persists, please share the below details with me and I’ll have this investigated for you -

  1. The version of the Enpass app you are using on your device.
  2. The cloud server you are using to synchronize your data. Try disabling the cloud server once and check if the app is still crashing?
  3. A screenshot of any error occurring would be helpful.
  4. On your Windows device, Enpass app should be generating a crash report when it closes. Kindly copy the full report and share it with me.
