August 24, 20223 yr I have saved my PayPal login details in Enpass, but the 2-factor authentication method is not recognized. Nothing is displayed under "AUDIT" either. Am I missing something?
August 25, 20223 yr Hi @AlfLaSalle, Thank you for reaching out to us. Paypal is under 2FA authentication, and everything is working as expected on our end. For quick troubleshooting, it is recommended that you uninstall the application and reinstall it. If the issue persists please share the OS details and Enpass version you are using.

Did the reinstall, cleaning everything before, but 2fa, e.g. PayPal, isn't recognized. I am using Windows 11 with latest updates and latest Enpass version from Windows Store. Same with Browser Extension (Edge)

September 1, 20223 yr @AlfLaSalle, Please follow the below-mentioned steps and share your findings with me. Open the Enpass. Click on '+' icon to add new item. Click on login categories → default. On the edit page enter the URL of the PayPal login page or that webpage you used. Save the item. Now open the 2FA section in the audit section and observe the recently created item. If the item is already present in the list, edit it and add your credentials. Provide the URL of the item if it is not listed in the 2FA list so that we can investigate further
September 1, 20223 yr Author OK. Did exactly what u mentioned, but in Audit there is nothing shown up with 2fa. There are just 4 Sections: compromised, identical, weak and expired Under "Others" I have OnTimeCodes but if I click on it, it's not showing anything either Drives me nutz

September 28, 20223 yr You can mark this issue as resolved. It was only a short time due to time constraints. The device has resynchronized with the NTP server. Found a similar thread on the forums to point me in the right direction.
