Register changed email

I need to change my registered email.  I attempted to change it inside the Enpass app in settings using my desktop.  It accepted my change but indicates I am now Enpass Lite.  I have had my Pro version for many years and love it and use it across mobile devices.  Can you help me.  I sent query the other day and have heard nothing.

I tired going to support@enpass.io and it was all gray screened, wouldn't respond to any mouse clicks.  is there a phone number?

Hi @Cinos

At the moment, we provide support via email and Forums only. I would suggest using a different browser/device to send the email. If it still does not work, kindly DM me the purchase receipt of your order along with the email address from which and the email to which you wish to transfer your license, and I'll share the details with our licensing team.
