Hello,

for quite some time (1-3 months) I have a persisting issue, regardless of browser and pc.

I have the latest Enpass Version (6.8.6 (1360)) installed on both systems (Win 11 Pro, 22H2, 22621.1848). One is a clean install, just fresh Windows from 2 days ago. Nothing else installed.

Both Chrome and Edge show the same problem, with the extension installed from enpass.io direct links to the store pages. (V6.8.6)

The problem is as follows:

icloud.com autofill not working: email will be filled out, then NO more action is possible. Can't procede with ENTER, click on arrow or anything. Have to reload webpage to gain access to field again.

 

login form for Sonarr, Radarr, etc. not working at all. Dropdown provides correct fillout, but after selection nothing will be filled out. Same goes for extension button on top - correct information will be displayed but not filled in.

This issue is quite some pain, as its basic function is not working anymore. Please update for a fix QUICKLY (1-5days!)

So appereantly I cannot send any DMs, my first 2 got lost, when you wrote me and I tried to reply, I always get a ***FORBIDDEN*** popup and nothing else. I guess something is broken here.

Our team successfully replicated the bug responsible for the disruption of autofilling on icloud.com. We are actively working on a patch to resolve this issue, which will be released soon.

@AnakinCaesar Regarding the login forms you provided for Sonarr and Radarr, we haven't been able to reproduce the problem thus far. To assist us in identifying the bug, please provide us with the exact steps you are following. This information will greatly aid our investigation. Also, if you are using a specific environment for the local address you shared, please confirm this. If you prefer to share this information privately, feel free to send me a DM.

As for Sonarr and Radarr, it's whenever I open the site and click inside the login form, the popup shows. I unlock the vault, and click on the corresponding entry. Then nothing happens. Only thing that may cause some Issues I can think of is the following:

I have my domain with multiple sub-domains, which all have different login credentials. Saved with diffenet entries. Shown in the pictures attached. Maybe this is causing an issue? The blank space is the main domain

Hi @AnakinCaesar

Upon conducting a comprehensive analysis of the screenshot you provided, it appears that you have included a URL with an "https" prefix. However, due to security considerations, Enpass currently does not support autofilling for URLs with "https" on "http" websites. I kindly request you to either modify the URL to "http" or create a new item specifically for "https" websites.

Thank you! This resolved the issue.

I have now created an entry for the "http" sites, aswell as one entry for the "https" sites. Eveything works perfectly now.

Thank you again.

 

Only part missing is the icloud freeze, but I'll wait for it to be fixed.

Hi @AnakinCaesar

Our dedicated development team is already aware of this issue and is working on fixing the bug. Unfortunately, I will be unable to share any ETA at the moment but will be sure to update this forum once I have more information related to this case. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
