jvelder Posted January 4, 2024 Report Posted January 4, 2024 Hi, during the sale I bought a new one year licence and accidentally used the wrong mail address, so it didn't show up. I opened a ticket, but never heard back. Since my renewal was up a couple of days later, I used the sale again this time with the proper mail address, hoping everything just taking longer due to the sale. That licence properly activated, but was overwritten by the automatic renewal... So yeah. Help.

Never got a ticket number, therefore I now used the contact form on the website and got a ticket number. It's ECS-45381.
