Mikey2233 Posted September 24 Report Posted September 24 Edge: 129.0.2792.52 MacOS: 14.7 Enpass: 6.11.3 (1773) When Enpass (app) is unlocked, the browser extension doesn't realize it's unlocked to allow selection of a password. Clicking on "Click to unlock Enpass" doesn't bring up the modal to tap Touch ID to unlock. This has been happening since last week. To resolve this issue I generally have to close the Enpass app and reopen it and then it will work again for a while until this behavior returns. My settings haven't changed. Tarun Singh Rawat Posted October 4 Report Posted October 4 Could you please follow these steps: 1. Try setting a keyboard shortcut for unlocking Enpass. This should show up in the inline menu, but please ensure it doesn’t conflict with any shortcuts already assigned to the browser. 2. Revoke the extension's connection and then set up a new connection. Afterward, please restart your browser. If the issue persists, please provide the following details: - What version of the extension are you currently using? - Are you experiencing the same issue in other browsers, such as Chrome or Firefox?
Mikey2233 Posted October 21 Author Report Posted October 21 I had completed these steps late last week. I ended up changing the keyboard shortcut to COMMAD-SHIFT-M. I also revoked the connection to Edge in the Enpass app and then revalidated it. It seemed like it worked for a few days, but the problem is intermittent, and sometimes, when I've been in a hurry, I just closed the Enpass app and reopened it without thinking. I also use Firefox on this computer and haven't noticed a problem there. It seems to be limited to Edge.
