Hello,

This morning my primary vault reports a sync issue and that my One Drive Session has expired.  When I try to reauthorise I can enter my log in details online and complete my MFA Enpass then says Synchronising and then goes back to One Drive Session Expired.

Please advise.

Thanks

Enpass Premium, on Windows and Android, I am seeing the same behavior, but in my case the OneDrive vault is the secondary, not the primary vault.

Disconnect and reconnect fails in the same way.  'One Drive Session Expired Please authorize again using your OneDrive account.

Same problem here with Iphone, IPad, Windows 11 and macbook. But with secondary vault. Also have Enpass Premium subscribtion.

We have tried to disconnect onedrive to all devices and add one account. But still the same problem.

Tried in browsers chrome and firefox

They are still working on a fix.  To the best of my knowledge, this is an Enpass issue, so no manner of fiddling, switching browsers, etc. will have any impact.

We have released the stable version of the Enpass app for Windows (version 6.11.5 (1823)) and macOS (version 6.11.5 (1819)), which includes the fix. You can download it from our official website.

Thanks, this update resolves the OneDrive sync issue on all my devices.

Did not seem to resolve it for me.

I have 3 windows 11 PCs that has used the windows store version.

Have now on one of the Windows 11 PCs tried to resolve by installing the new version.
Installed first the new desktop app separately. When that did not resolve it, I uninstalled the Store app from one PC, and restarted the new installed app from Enpass (https://www.enpass.io/download/windows/website/stable).

But still not been able to get OneDrive sync to work again.
Neither removing onedrive sync, or reauthorize seems to help.

I have verified on the PC under installed apps that it now show that I have 6.11.5.1823.

I also have Enpass on an iPhone (where sync has stopped with the reautorize message), and a Fedora machine at work that I will check tomorrow.

GOT IT WORKING
This resolved it for me on one of my Windows 11 machines.

  1. the "old" Microsoft Store version of Enpass
  2. Installed the 6.11.5.1823 version directly
  3. Setup up enpass
  4. When setting up OneDrive, there was zero issues
  5. Working

The I got it also resolved on my iPhone, but had to uninstall Enpass from the iPhone first, then download the same version I had (since there was no update available before uninstalling) from App Store. And setup Enpass as new install just as I did on PC, and then sync worked fine.

So now onedrive sync works fine on one Windows 11 machine, and on my iPhone.

I will try on my next PC to re-install Enpass from the Microsoft Store, and see if it is just "re-install" that fixes it, or if I really need to download the 6.11.5.1823 from directly from Enpass. Will update with results later today.

Are there any plan to update the Linux version also?

Sync works fine on my iPhone and Windows machines, but I also have a work machine that is running Fedora, and it seems that the version available for that one is still an older version from april 2024 (6.10.1).
