Hi, yesterday I reset my Macbok to default settings, and after restoring most of the apps I logged in to Enpass to be able to open and log in to all the websites I use but the last password I updated before restoring my laptop was not changed and I could not log in. My first assumption was that maybe the Enpass did not sync for any reason before resetting the laptop, but the big problem was that all the passwords I stored and used in the last 20 days were not there(Enpass) so now I have the situation I need to recover all of them and I am not sure if it's possible to do it. Did it happen to anyone? would someone have any idea how to recover these items somehow?

some details about my laptop:

MacbookPro M3
OS: before resetting was Sequoia, one version behind the current one

Thanks a lot

Where do you sync your Vault to? OneDrive, GDrive, iCloud?

The issue I saw, is a frequent log-off from iCloud and sometimes OneDrive, both I believe are due to policies in place by the providers themself, not Enpass.
Therefore, if you had an expired connection, your entries haven't been synced. Sadly you can only see the issue, if you open Enpass in full window, but when using autofill, no prompt will be given.

I use OneDrive to sync my vault, I guess you are right and maybe I was logged off from OneDrive or something like that and I did not realize until it was too late :(

Did you by any chance, change your OneDrive password and not update the connection towards Enpass?

Nevertheless, I do believe that there is no option to regain your entries, other than having a local backup form before the reset.

hm I'm afraid that you are right, I changed the OneDrive password one and a half months ago and I did not notice anything wrong until this point, probably because I did not store anything or at least not so relevant to check and be aware that it has gone

Thanks a lot :)
