Bebef Posted March 3 Report Posted March 3 Hi everyone, I'm using portable on my computer. As I have set up a new computer, I have set up an entirely new sync from scratch. Sync is done trough Nextcloud WebDAV. I can initially set up the vault ONCE. It syncs and I see all the current vault data. After that, I cannot sync a second time. I can see that it actually does something, as it does a login against Nextcloud, but all I get is the error "Sync Error Something went wrong while syncing with Nextcloud. Error code: 1308413" I tried to set everything up again. This time, when opening Nextcloud (after closing it after the initial setup), I get error code 1304401. Disconnected, set up sync again, now it's 1308413 again. Regardless, pattern stays the same. I can set it up ONCE, after that it breaks and does no longer sync. Cheers, Β Steffen Β
AnakinCaesar Posted March 3 Report Posted March 3 Sadly, from what I saw over the last few months, Nextcloud always leads to sync errors, origin unknown. Sometimes it just works after a few days, but for many it just keeps on not syncing anymore. Maybe you could search for Nextcloud here and read through possible solutions, in the hope one of it might help you (which I sadly doubt). Good luck.
Amandeep Kumar Posted March 6 Report Posted March 6 We're sorry to hear you're encountering sync issues with Nextcloud WebDAV. The error codes you mentioned (1308413 and 1304401) typically indicate connection interruptions or authentication challenges during the sync process. To help resolve the issue, please try the following steps: Clear Sync Cache: Disconnect the sync from Enpass. Log in to your Nextcloud account and manually delete the Enpass folder if it exists. Reconnect the sync from scratch and monitor the behavior. Ensure there are no VPNs, proxies, or network restrictions affecting the WebDAV connection. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@enpass.io with a demo account for your Nextcloud WebDAV server. This will allow us to raise the concern with our product team for further investigation.
