Dear sir/madam,

Greetings! I have encountered an issue with holding automatic backups. Initially, I was able to maintain the automatic backup without any problems. However, after resetting my admin password for AMG Steel Factory, I reconfigured the automatic backup settings, and it worked well. But after resetting my admin password for the third time and reconfiguring the backup accordingly, it stopped functioning properly. This issue seems to be specific to AMG Steel Factory, as the automatic backup works perfectly fine at other companies. What do you think might be causing this issue?
