March 25, 2025Mar 25 Hi, I encountered a problem while setting up two-step verification for BitBucket. Because the secret contains special characters, Enpass shows an "invalid" message after input, and I can't set it up. The character in question is the apostrophe ("'"). (QR code and some sensitive strings have been obscured.) Can you please solve this problem? Thank you.
March 31, 2025Mar 31 I suggest checking the date and time settings on your system. It's possible that the date and time are not correctly configured, which could be causing the problem. Please ensure that your system's date and time settings are up-to-date, and then try again.

I'm sure my system date and time are correct, and I have multiple accounts on this website, but only this one with special characters has a problem. Edited March 31, 2025Mar 31 by bestpika
April 17, 2025Apr 17 To help us investigate this issue further, could you please share the following details: The exact website URL where you are setting up two-step verification for Bitbucket. A screenshot of the error or the message shown by Enpass (if possible). The format of the secret key you're entering, especially how the apostrophe (') is included. You can email these details to us at support@enpass.io so our technical team can take a closer look and assist you accordingly. Looking forward to your response.
