Campbell Watt Posted June 23 Report Posted June 23 I have been using it for several years. I have it on the desktop and my Android Phone. When I go to log in, it keeps telling me on the Desktop that I have used an incorrect master password. The phone login is the same, and it works perfect?
Amandeep Kumar Posted June 23 Report Posted June 23 If you're using Enpass app version 6.9.0 or above on your phone (iOS or Android) and have biometric authentication enabled, you can recover your Master Password directly from the mobile app. Please follow these steps: Open the Enpass app on your phone using biometrics (fingerprint/Face ID). Go to Settings > Vaults > Primary Vault. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top corner and select Show/View Password. Once you retrieve your Master Password, you can use it to unlock Enpass on your desktop as well.
