Once you set up Wi-Fi sync on Enpass Android, it's impossible to change any sync feature if it can't connect. The wifi sync is very finnicky and doesn't work most of time, so I end up with this screen with everything greyed out and unchangeable:

Nothing on this screen can be tapped, everything is just stuck and unchangeable. So it's impossible to change syncing once it's set up and can't connect. 

Can you please provide a solution or ideally fix this issue so that users can disconnect and/or cancel the operation? This behavior is very frustrating for the user, as we're stuck and unable to do anything.

Thank you for reporting the issue with the Wi-Fi sync feature on Enpass Android. We have noted that the current behavior prevents changes to sync settings when the connection fails, leaving the options greyed out, and have forwarded this to our technical team for review.
We will continue to monitor the situation and work on enhancements to improve the functionality of the Enpass application.

Can you please offer a workaround in the meanwhile? I really need to sync my computer and phone but I can't change any sync settings on my phone because of this problem. I'm completely stuck, short of uninstalling enpass and setting it up again from scratch.

I regret to inform that we do not have a solution or a workaround to this issue yet. As soon as there is some development, we will let you know here.
We understand how important syncing between your computer and phone is, and appreciate your understanding while the team works on a solution.

To help resolve the issue with the stuck vault, please follow the steps below:

  1. Turn off your internet connection (or enable flight mode) on your device.

  2. Close the Enpass app completely and remove it from recent apps.

  3. Reopen Enpass.

  4. Navigate to the vault that appears to be stuck.

  5. Tap Disconnect to remove the Wi-Fi Sync setup.

I tried this and it worked, thanks. I was finally able to sync my phone and computer after several months.

It would be great if the app is fixed so that we can reset the sync feature at any time. Thanks.
