Dypsis Posted October 1 Report Posted October 1 I'm being prompted to enter a 6 digit code that is supposed to be sent to my email address. I've tried resending the code a few times, but I don't receive an email. So, I'm locked out of my own account. I've checked and rechecked my junk folder. Nothing from Enpass. This isn't good enough when a user can't access their passwords.
Amandeep Kumar Posted October 1 Report Posted October 1 Sometimes, certain email providers apply filters that may result in OTP (one-time passcode) messages being delayed or blocked. Please make sure to: Double-check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders. Wait a few minutes in case of delayed delivery. If possible, try adding no-reply@enpass.io to your email safe sender/whitelist list.
