DavidB999 Posted January 2 Report Posted January 2 Hi all, I am having trouble with my main password on my pc and laptop. Nothing I enter is right but on my iPhone and iPad the same one is ok, I've tried changing the password on the phone and then trying again but nothing seems to work. Has anyone got any ideas of how I can get into the pc or laptop please
AnakinCaesar Posted January 5 Report Posted January 5 Easiest way would be a fresh start on your PC, where you sync the vault again, that is connected on your phone.
DavidB999 Posted January 9 Author Report Posted January 9 Thanks for the advice, I had lost the password for the PC access and had unistalled the app and reinstalled a few times but nothing worked. I then contacted support for help and they send me a link to a download that worked.
