bought 9n stacksocial three years ago, but since I tried it the time then left it fir quite a while  since then you can see have moved over to e-mail activation, I installed the mobile app 9n my phone used the same e-mail that used the past but now it is saying e pass light, I prove that I purchased on stacksocial plus can dig out the papal purchase if needed  can you advise how to get this working again please, you e-mail me at me at  mu e-mail account here thank you  please

I had a similar problem some time ago. Support helped me with the advise to use only lower case in the email-address to register.

This solved my problem.

Thanks for sharing the details. It appears that you previously purchased a lifetime license via StackSocial, but the app is currently showing Enpass Lite instead of the paid version.

To resolve this, please make sure that:

  • You are registered in the Enpass app using the same email address that was used for the original purchase. If a different email or Apple/Google account is used, the license may not be recognized correctly.

  • After signing in with the correct email, please use the Restore Purchase option from the app settings to reactivate your lifetime license across devices.

If the issue still persists, please email us at support@enpass.io with your purchase details and receipt so we can assist you further.
