Is Enpass from Deepin Store secure to install?

Thanks for writing back.

Please make sure you have  "lsof" dependency installed on your system. 

If the problem still persists, please run lsof -i:10391 command in the terminal and share the output via support@enpass.io

  • 10391 is the port number here.

If it shows no output (blank), please try with other port numbers between 10391 to 10395.

Also please let me know if you are facing the same problem with the other browsers (Firefox/Opera) as well.

I installed Enpass from the Deepin store.  I can confirm too, that both the Chrome and Firefox extensions don't seem to connect to the app.

If I have the app open and confirm that Browser connections are enabled, yet autofill is broken still in both browsers.  A new tab will open very briefly with the communication error message and then auto-close.  Yet, autofill doesn't start.

I will attempt to uninstall and re-install from direct download from the Enpass site.

Please share some more info so that we can help you better.

  • Which Linux version are you using?
  • Which Enpass version are you using?

Also, run lsof -i:10391 command in the terminal and share the output.
